From Beltway 8/Sam Houston Toll, take the Southwest Freeway, US Highway 59 south for 54 miles.
In Ganado, take the exit and proceed straight on the feeder to TX 172.
Turn left on TX 172 South and proceed south to TX 35 South.
Turn right on Highway 35 and proceed toward Port Lavaca. As soon as you cross the big bridge over Lavaca Bay, take a left at the first light on TX 238 South. Follow almost to the end where it makes a turn to the right.
Follow the turn to the right on TX 238 SE (Austin Street), go south to FM 1289. Go left on FM 1289 to TX 185 East.
Turn left on 185 towards Port O'Connor and a couple miles down the road.
There will be "Land Sale" signs that lead you to us. Look also for signs for The Sanctuary at Cost Grande on the right. You will see Palm trees at the road traveling towards the gated entrance. Proceed to the gated entrance. Someone will be there to direct you to the guest registration desk upon arrival.
From San Antonio
Take US 281 South to 181 South Exit 132 toward Floresville
Stay on 181 through Floresville to TX 72 East/W Main in Kennedy and go left on TX 72 to US 59 E.
Go Left on US 59 E and travel north to TX183/TX 239 and then right on TX183/TX 239 (TX 239 zig zags at US Highway 59
Then proceed on TX 239 to TX 35 north towards Port Lavaca.
Then turn right on TX 185 East and proceed toward Port O'Connor.
Our community is off TX 185 just before you get to Port O'Connor on the right.
