This letter is to express our sincere appreciation for the professional job you and your staff performed for the sale of our real estate and personal property. There was more than enough staff to manage the sale, handle security, and keep the place picked up during the day. The entire approach to the task was highly professional from the pre-briefing the day before the auction to the placement of goods and the order of the sale, to the state of the art wireless audio and computer equipment, to the dress code and music on auction day. The list goes on and on. We are very pleased with the results of the auction from several perspectives. The results of the advertising brought nearly 50 perspective bidders to the two open houses held on the days before the auction. It brought about 125 bidders on auction day including 11 bidders for the real estate. The way the personal property was tagged and lotted was well done. It was easy for bidders to see everything on the rows of tables and other locations. The lots were small enough to bring good prices yet, in the case of low dollar items, were large enough to keep things moving. The prices you got for the personal items met our expectations on an overall basis.
